Item belonged to Robert James Tibbett No 148003 90th Operational Base unit R.A.A.F. He enlisted on 22.3.44 in the RAAF age 22 years. The Bendigo Aero Club laid out the Myers Flat aerodrome in 1929 to serve as an airport for Northern Victoria and the Riverina.
