Item belonged to Robert James Tibbett No 148003 90th Operational Base unit R.A.A.F. (Born Eaglehawk, enlisted Melbourne) on 22.3.44 in the RAAF age 22 years. At discharge he held the rank of LAC at Central Flying School on 18.3.46. Refer Cat No 489.
