All documents have rounded corners. .1 - Memorandum on SEC paper, light green sheet, dated 18/7/1962 from the Engineer and Manager of the SEC to the Manager Ballarat Branch, regarding the Courier's reports and the Parliamentary report. .2 - Memorandum on a green sheet forwarding Press cuttings and the Work's Superintendent's report re the derailment. .3 - Handwritten report dated 4/7/1962 re the derailment, three sheets on ruled paper, cause of the derailment, works to repair, derailment of 36 at the same location on 3/7 (twice), trackwork issues, track repairs being undertaken and comments re The Courier's reporting. Gas works in the background. No. 5 has a white disk on the rear of the tram. 1209.2 - Nos 2 and 26 at Charing Cross with the Fountain Plaza in the background. Both trams have the destination of Quarry Hill, though 26 is on the Eaglehawk bound track. 1209.3 - No. 19 at the Golden Square terminus, with the conductor or driver swinging the pole and Billy Rodda's Golden Square hotel in the background. 1209.4 - No. 7 at Fire Station loop, en route to North Bendigo, picking up a passenger with a pram. Colour photograph of tram 33 terminating at the north end of Gardens Loop, Wendouree Parade, the first service tram to do so on Sat. 15 March 2003. The service was terminated at this point for some 6 weeks while Wendouree Parade was resurfaced and other track work done. Shows the temporary terminal arrangements, and the earth cable installed to protect the work site on the section insulator and earth stake alongside the pole.
