Ticket used for passengers on the Australian Railway Historical Society (Vic. Div.) tour to Ballarat and Ballarat trams on 25 Feb. 1967. Number "0189", printed on Edmondson pasteboard card, with the name "Australian Railway Historical Society" and ticket number pre printed, and the words "BALLARAT TRAM TOUR 25-2-67", stamped in black ink using a hand stamp. Details tram number, date built, for built for, points of interest and present operator. Brown card with two red stripes vertically in the central area of the card, printed up as Australian Civilian Registration (British Subjects) Identity Card for use during the Second World War (WWII). Has form number CR3. Date of printing given in bottom left hand corner as 12.43. Issued to "Denmead Leslie James 133 Glenlyon Rd. Bwick" (Brunswick) in Sept. 1945. Issued at No. 1 P.D. Depot, Ransford. Has two punch holes along the top edge - probably not in at the time of issue. Has signature of holder and witness (E.A Showers) to signature of rear. Photographic illustration of South Australian Railways Locomotive No. 620, the has been printed onto card and then cut out in the form of outline of the locomotive. Printed in green ink and then over printed in a silver ink to highlight the locomotive. On the rear of the illustration has been printed details of the locomotive (Light Pacific Engine), designed and built at SAR's Islington Workshops. Gives details of the locomotive, SAR's service. Notes that SAR has given 80 years of service. Printed by the Government Printer Adelaide. Reference -"Kings of the Iron Horse" by David Burke, page 164 -5 - gives details of the launch of the locomotive, 'Sir Winston Dugan', then Governor of South Australia. Photo of the launch and locomotive on opposite page 196. Would probably have been made for the launch of locomotive or soon after. Souvenir Teaspoon featuring Ballarat tram No. 38 in an inset at the top of the tea spoon, contained within a plastic case. The teaspoon made by Perfection Plate, of the Cameo style or type. The case has white plastic base, red and yellow foam base, with clear top, marked "Cameo" and a $3 yellow price sticker stuck to it. On the rear of the case is the wording "Perfection Souvenirs". On the top of the case at the base in white printing "Silver plated / Made in Australia" The teaspoon is silver plated, with the tram in a picture 15mm diameter. The teaspoon is marked "Cameo" on the rear. The silver plating on the rear was not done properly and is the reason why the spoon was not sold by the Museum at the time.
