Newspaper Clipping possibly from The Courier, Ballarat, 31/10/72, about the decision of the State Cabinet that Bendigo's trams will in the city for the time being. Follows the promise by the SEC of a Birney tram to South Australia - AETM. Quotes Premier, Mr. R. Hamer. No decision as yet on which trams to stay. Appears to be from the Courier, as starts with "MELBOURNE - (AUP)" credit.
