Greensborough Football Club scoreboard prior to damage. Overnight on 19-20th August 2015, the scoreboard building was set alight by vandals. The scoreboard, built in the 1950s needed to be demolished. McArdle was the father of the three McArdle family members who are donating the item. Messrs Wood and Sellars names are on the trophy in recognition of their service to the Geelong Cycling Club.Club volunteers are important to the club and this trophy serves to recognise endeavours in this field. This trophy is in the shape of a wooden column set on two small wooden bases. The second base has a plaque attached to it with the title of the trophy. The column of the trophy has small rectangular plaques with the name of each winner inscribed on them dated from 2006-2016. Black and white photograph of a weatherboard miners cottage known as 'Valley Inn". The differing age of extensions is evident as is the outside toilet (or dunny). The miners cottage, known as Valley Inn, is situated in Armstrong Street south, Ballarat and overlooks White Flat. According to neighbourhood folklore the large tree to the rear of the cottage was planted in memory of a son of the owner, who was killed during World War One. The current (2015) Mt Beauty Tourist Centre site was to be upgraded into a 'Sports Tourism Cluster' with funding from the Government and the Alpine Shire with 'In Kind' assistance from Falls Creek Resort management Board, Parks Victoria and the Local Community & Tourism Industry. This project didn't go ahead.The Mt Beauty town was handed over to the Alpine Shire in the 1960's after completion of the Kiewa Hydro Electric Scheme.
