Victorian Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (VIOSH) Australia is the Asia-Pacific centre for teaching and research in occupational health and safety (OHS) and is known as one of Australia's leaders on the field. Hughy Pippin 1895 C Coy 38th Batt AIF. As the holster is engraved with Jack Grintons name, No 1043 they were good friends during and after the war. It is believed that Jack gave Hughy a holster and Luger pistol as he had 2 at wars end. The "St Quentin" on the holster is debatable. Refer 1052 medals, 1513.4 documents.
