There are 49p. with black and white photographs and diagrams throughout with blank pages for the student or teacher to write notes. It is intended as a general guide and ready reminder for those taking a course in laundry work. Some pencil notes are written on p 50 and on the last inside endpaper is a small pencil drawing. Included in the book is a beige paper sheet decorated with coloured leaves around the edges with the inscription as to it's history as written below.
