Photograph shows a decorated trailer apparently being towed by a tractor with large rear wheels. The trailer is numbered 15 and decorated with multiple flowers and bushes. Sitting above the flowers is a large replica of a conductor's coin bag and ticket wallet and a large replica of the M&MTB insignia. The bag carries signage "The Bag of Service" and the blocks of tickets carry dates 1951 and 1954 with signage "Day and Night Service". Around the sides of the trailer are the words "Melbourne and Metropolitan Tramways Board".
