Provides rules for both tramway and motor bus operations, has index pages 3 to 28, rules for both systems and specific type of vehicle, ticket machines and ticket issuing. At rear is MMTB By-Law 11 and By-Law, the latter dated 1956. Issued to F Reale-Key who worked for the Civil Engineering at South Melbourne Depot. Photograph - Geelong MESCo bus, Melbourne Electric Supply Co. (MESCo), c1923
Photograph shows the MESCo Geelong bus that ran to East Geelong (see item 9004). Registration number 6765 outside the Melbourne Electric Supply Co. power station in Corio Terrace Geelong. The bus has been fitted with body bracing indicating a loose body when the photo was taken along with other body panel damage. This bracing is not apparent in the item 9004, possibly indicating shortly before it was withdrawn in 1923.
