Three copies of Bendigo Sub-branch R.S.S.A.I.L.A. Annual Victory Ball held at the Town Hall, Bendigo on August 16th, 1949. Guests of Honour were Lt.-En. S. F. Rowell, C.B., C.B.E., and Mrs Rowell.
