The MPC was used in US and Australian bases and was not used in the general Vietnamese community. This was so US Dollars could not make their way into the black market etc. Every few months the MPC was renewed, differant styles, colours etc and old notes were handed in and new ones issued..1) A4 white sheet with 5 Military Payment Currency notes attached via photo corners. The notes are US Military showing 25 cent, 10 cent, & 5 cent. A typed write up is attached to the RHS detailing the reason for & the use of the notes.
