In 2023 103 Lyons Street South was sold and left uncared for after being sold in 2022. Later in 2023 it was demolished. The red brick building was built by 103 Lyons Street South, Ballarat, Ballarat Central. 103 Lyons street is a red brick house which was built c1980.
