There 8 clauses on the agreement. There is also a sheet detailing the specifications for the build. Price: 2,300 pounds. Also, a paper signed by T. J. Roberts on the 3rd of January 1958 that on completion of contract for new building on block, lot 28, Specimen hill Road, Golden Square for P. W. & E. R. Tieman agreeing to pay H. A. & S. R.
