The State Electricity Commission of Victoria 1921 to 1993 was responsible for electricity generation in Victoria and the operation of three Provincial Tramways. It had a strong safety focus for the time. Has some 20 areas where information on the requisition could be recorded - on the rear sheet is provision for extending the cost of the job and accounting information.
