Charter for the Formation of a New Branch To all to whom these presents shall come the Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen’s Fathers’ sends Greeting. Whereas an application in writing has been made to the State Council of the Association by ten or more members thereof for a Charter to form a branch of the Association which the said State Council has agreed to grant.
