The Anzac Commemorative Medallion was issued in 1967. It was awarded to surviving members ( or next of kin) of the Australian Forces who served on the Gallipoli Peninsular from April 1915 - Jan 1916.

Physical description

Round medallion with crown on top.
Impressions both sides.
Is contained in a black case lined with purple fabric.
