Letter issued on PTC Coloured letterhead, with V/Line and The Met logos on the base, to all tram and bus employees, from Keith Fitzmaurice, discussing pay opportunities, the Tramways Union refusal to participate, Christmas Wishes and looking forward to work together in 1990. Undated as such. Consists of two sheets of paper and two tickets stapled together in the top left hand corner. Attached to the letter is a sheet giving current and proposed pay rates for bus drivers, conductors and tram drivers.
