No. 10 is printed on the bottom left corner. Certificate has Australian Coat of Arms at the top and a lady playing a harp at the bottom. Beside her is a broad leaf plant and Music printed under it. On the right is a lady holding an artist's board. She is standing on a pedestal with Art engraved on it. On the left is a man holding a scroll.
