Gives details of the operating procedures of the tram.Two page typed foolscap document titled " Geelong Tramways July 1924 Instructions to Motormen in Charge of Birney Safety Cars" and dated 14-8-1924. Gives simple instructions on the Birney Safety Cars which were new to Geelong at the time.
