Draft Affidavit of Executors states Canning Esther Isabell died 26 Nov 1893 at Golden Square. Her Will was dated 29 Oct 1893 at Golden Square and appointed Stone, Henry, Sheepwash Creek, Eucalyptus Manufacturer and Tatchell, George Henry, Williamson St. Solicitor as Executors.. Contains an attached memo from Canning Esther Isabell dated 5 Jul 1893 stating 'It is my last wish that my son Canning James Nesbitt shall not marry a Roman Catholic.
