Invironmental Effects which include Visual Impact Dust, Odours, Effluent, Effluent Treatment System, Traffic, Artificial Lighting, Noise, Operational Failures and Nature Conservation Effects. Statutory Planning Considerations which includes Zoning Controls and Suggested Procedure for Initiating I.D.O. Amendment.
