The tram is in the mid-distance and the road, span poles, street lights, residental houses with front fences are also included. Daylight with long shadows. Rubber stamp - pocket stamp - opens up to give a rubber stamp (possibly initials or a number) with a small inking pad and stamp. Made from brass with metal pins and a small spring.
