Printed sheet onto quarto size paper (faded to a brown yellow), titled "Problem Check Sheet - W class" outlining check list to find and rectify faults on W class tramcars. Was located on one of the windows of the driver train room, had an adhesive back - placed on to the white backing paper. Gives solutions for various problems, motors, tram won't start, compressor, changing light fuses, controller locked, bent fingers, insulated tram and damaged pole.
