Photograph of tram 53, shows the Victorian Railways colour scheme, the oil lamp that was provided on VR trams on the St Kilda to Brighton, Electric Street Railway. The tram is shunting at the depot or waiting to run to St Kilda Railway Station possibly after the closure of section south of the depot. Photographer not recorded.
