2225.1 Title sheet to the "Rolling stock roster" section of a scrap book titled "Ballarat Tramways", dated 1971. Lettered in blue ball point pen and underlined in red. 2225.2 - Section titled "Single Tramcar' (Single truck trams) and detailing the use, number and where the tram was taken to, or disposed to from Ballarat following closure. Lists 16 tramcars. Trams 31 and 32 were shown as SEC Creswick Road. 31 - later to (Kaniva > Haddon > USA). Lettered in blue ink or pencil with red lining. 32 - Maryborough, then to BTM Collection. 2225.3 - Section titled "Bogie Tramcar' and detailing the use, number and where the tram was taken to, or disposed to from Ballarat following closure. Printed colour postcard of an ESCo tram west bound at the intersection of Sturt and Lydiard St. Ballarat, c1905. Has a number of horse drawn vehicles and pedestrians in the picture. Taken from the Post Office tower looking south west, with buildings on the south side of Sturt St., west of Lydiard St in the view. Has the Robert Burns statue in the bottom left hand corner. Titled "Sturt Street, Ballarat" along the bottom edge. On rear of postcard are the words "Post Card", and guidance where the message may be written and space for the address. In the stamp section, details for Inland 1/2d stamp needed, and for Foreign 1d. Demonstrates the Museum's ticketing systems and ongoing production of tickets.Block of 200 tickets - light red ink on off white paper, original denomination 5c, lettered A 163000 to A 163199, headed Ballarat Tourist Tramway and over stamped "50c" in black ink. The 200 tickets have been stapled onto a heavy cardboard back with a heavy metal staple.' Original block over stamped, A025000 to A0252000 added 30/6/2004. Collected at the time for BTM Archives. The tickets are in the style of the former State Electricity Commission of Victoria tramway tickets. Tickets originally printed for general use on the trams 1974. Later over stamped to act as 50c tickets to save printing new tickets. Tickets used as Adults, Children (return) and currently (2002) for children travelling one way. Demonstrates the Museums phasing out of tickets priced for the actual fare and conversion to a universal ticket that does not have to be changed for a fare increase. Block of 100 tickets - blue ink on off white paper, denomination 6d (6 or six pence), headed Ballarat Vintage Tramway. On rear in blue ink are details of the Ballarat Tramway Museum, slogan postal and web address. The 100 tickets have been stapled onto a heavy cardboard back with a heavy metal staple and a small cardboard retaining strip at the top of the ticket. 2235 - A 0001 to 00100 - the first block collected at the time of issue - 3/1/1991 - 81H x 36W 2235.1 - A20401 to 20500 - 2nd print run of tickets, collected at the time of issue 1/1/1994 - 81H x 36W - has two staples in the butt area. 2235.2 - A64901 to 65000 - 3rd print run of tickets, collected at the time of issue 12/2000 - 80H x 33W The tickets are in the style of the former State Electricity Commission of Victoria tramway tickets.
