In 1896 Ada Bersey, a daughter of William Thomas and Sarah Bersey (née Godden) married George Garnsworthy Bennett, a son of William Garnsworthy and Susan Bennett (née Williams). They had three sons, Gordon, born 1897, Harold, born 1902 and Stan, born 1904. G. G. Bennett was a son of William Garnsworthy Bennett. He married Ada Bersey in 1896, and they had three sons - Gordon, Harold and Stan.
