... arthritis knife... knife adaptive knife kitchen utensils living with arthritis pain ...Through its quarterly newsletters, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV) was able to inform its members about arthritis-friendly kitchen and household aids, and how to use them. In this photo, Arthritis Victoria member and volunteer, Bill O'Connor, demonstrates the use of a knife with a specially designed handle. The handle design facilitates the grasping of the knife for ease of cutting. In 1989, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV) held an AGM for its Malvern Opportunity Shop. During the proceedings, members took some time to celebrate the oop shop's 10th birthday. In this photo, members take a group photo to mark the occasion. Elva Renfrew is holding up a large certificate, while an unidentified woman is cutting the cake. Bob Glasson and Laurie Griffiths also appear in this photo. The Arthritis Foundation of Victoria held a Volunteers' Christmas Party. This photo depicts an unidentified woman cutting a chocolate yuletide log during the event.
