The video promotes the Foundation's Arthritis Self Help Course and its Water Exercise Program, and was available for sale or for loan by community groups. The video launch was held on the bowling green at Parliament House, Victoria, at the start of the bowling season. This photo, taken at the launch event, depicts Peter Spyker, Minister for Community Services, Victoria, with the AFV's physiotherapist, Valerie Sayce, and Joint Action Group member, Gwen St John, in an exercise demonstration. The photo appears on page 6 of the Vol 2 No 4, November 1989 issue of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's quaterly magazine, Arthritis Update.
