The Arthritis Foundation of Victoria granted Outstanding Service Awards to members who gave exceptional support to the Foundation in the course of its work. In this photo, an unidentified man holds his framed Outstanding Service Award. The writing on the envelope confirms the first names of the staff members and their roles at the Foundation as belonging to the Community Fundraising team.
