The Arthritis Foundation of Victoria granted Outstanding Service Awards to members who gave exceptional support to the Foundation in the course of its work. In this photo, an unidentified man holds his framed Outstanding Service Award. He is surrounded by a small group of people, including two AFV staff members, Lisa Bywaters (Librarian) and one other.
