A script parodying the stage show 'Diggers' with which Pat Hanna entertained post WWI audiences. The parody adapts the 'Diggers' format to Legacy activities such as the girls' physical culture class, and reflects the mores of the times. There is no indication of date, but the design and writing style is similar to 01292, written in 1930. On 4th August 1978 the construction of the Goonawarra Estate commenced. The estate was formerly known as the Goonawarra Farm and overlooked the Sunbury farm and the Jacksons Creek valley. Plans for the new development included a golf course, houses, community and recreational facilities. The information sheet belongs with a map showing the Burma Thailand Railway and it's route with the various camps and P.O.W centres. The map was produced over a period of 15 months and drawn in four stages. Shows Hellfire Pass formerly ( The Konyu Cutting). The 50 Kilo Camp in Burma. There were 56 stations and 87 camps on the route of the map. The map gives due credibility and was released as a limited edition of 1000 copies only. Copies of the map are displayed all over the world including Staffordshire in England, University of Houston, National Guard Museum of Texas and on display at the Australian and New Zealand Embassies in Bangkok.Framed information sheet of the map produced to show the various camps and sights along the Burma Thailand railway. The map was produced using a number of older railway maps, including the Escritt translated map and a local Thai road touring map.

The photo shows Legatees Pat Hanna (left) and Frank Doolan (right) with a wreath at a war memorial on Anzac Day in 1936. The wreath was an interesting design with a torch to resemble the Legacy logo. From the pencil note on the reverse it was thought it might be the cenotaph in Whitehall, London. Pat Hanna lived in London for a number of years. It might also be the cenotaph that was in Spring St, near Parliament house, until the Shrine of Remembrance was dedicated in 1937. (see photo at 01371). The two were very similar in design as the Victorian one was a half size replica of the London one. Stripping of the foundations commenced in 1948 and the first concrete in the dam was poured in May, 1949. With the suspension for the winter months of work on the High Plains, it was possible to increase the number of men, and work then proceeded at a steady pace for the remainder of the year. Some interruption was caused by a flood in September, which over topped the rockfill coffer dam. By the end of 1950 17,000 yards of material had been excavated from the foundations and 4,000 cubic yard of concrete placed. Work at Clover Dam was completed in 1953, but two bays were left open for flood emergency. The pondage was filled on the 16th August, 1954. Falls Creek featured several new programs and activities in 2010. Australia's ultimate skiing tour was launched with Back Country Tours guided by Steve Lee, Falls Creek's most famous local and Australian Olympian. The full length of Wombats Ramble was also lined with lights to provide night skiing and boarding on Wednesday and Saturday nights throughout the season. Pete the Big Blue Dragon was also a Falls Creek celebrity and had his own weekly stage show at the Village Bowl and often frequented the Fox Trail Terrain Park. He also had his own website full of games, stories, merchandise and a snow safety video. 2010 also saw the introduction of the Snow Rewards Loyalty Program. Members had access to cheaper Lift Passes and a range of exclusive discounts at both Falls Creek and Hotham. Pat wrote down his experience in a moving two page document 'The Story Behind the Picture', it tells how he was moved to imagine the action in France when posing.
