Small pale blue booklet titled Memorandum and Articles of Association of The Bendigo Chamber of Commerce and Industries which was founded in April 1913. The Memorandum of Association states the Objects of the Association, dated 8 August 1913 and has the names James Henry Curnow, Henry Madren Leggo, Arthur Leon Bolton, Robert Oswald Henderson, William James Campbell and Frederick Conrad Niemann. Also printed in the back of the book is a Certificate of Incorporation with the name T. P. This souvenir was organised by H.M. Leggo & Co. and presented to the citizens of Bendigo to honour men from the factory who enlisted. It also pays tribute to Prime Minister William Morris Hughes (The Little Digger). The photograph on the back features the first group of volunteers to enlist in WW1 from H M Leggo & Co.
