Demonstrates aspects of the SEC ticketing, governance and monitoring systems. The Pass could be issued to a person on the signature of the Manager for a specific reason. Style remained very similar to the end of the tramways.Light brown card (200 gsm) ticket with, printed in black ink - titled "Special Pass". Has number "099" stamped on. Form number "TYE 2-22" in top left hand corner. Has space for the name of the Bearer (issued to Mr. ...), Branch to be written, space for manager to sign with date .../.../193.... and expiry date of pass." and "3820" in bottom left hand corner. Conditions of use printed on rear. See also 69 for a later example of this type of pass.
