Shows a three section articulated tram, similar to a B class but with an addition in the middle. Headed on Metropolitan Transit Authority of Victoria. The actual drawing R12-139, in the Drawing Register shows only a two section articulated tram. Drawn by R. D. Tucker. The actual drawing with the number also has this date and signature. As a result of the recommendations arising from the Stolen Generations Taskforce Report 2003. The taskforce identified the need for an independant, community controlled organisation in Victoria to be established to meet the needs of the stolen generation in this state. From 1928 until the 1980s, Melbourne Legacy ran an excellent exercise program for its widows. Classes were held weekly at Legacy House and there was often a waiting list for the water classes, which had both swimming instruction and water exercises.
