It contains the opening address of Thomas Rowe, President of the Institute of Architects and information on the Institute of Architects NSW (not in Boyd's papers) and on the history of the establishment of The Royal Australian Institute of Architects. It also lists further information of office records at RAIA in Sydney, that Boyd can access on a visit.
