The matching envelope (0867.b) is addressed to Mr Allan Quinn, C/- General Delivery, G.P.O. Oslo, Norway. The stamps, most of the post-mark and the last letter of 'Quinn' have been torn off. On the back of the envelope is an Oslo post-mark dated '2-5.51'.
