The Ballarat Community Bi-Centenary Committee was formed in 1987. All meetings were held at Ballarat Town Hall Sturt St and the Committee was disbanded after all related activities and meetings ended and after monies had been acquitted and all matters relating to events finalised in 1988.The Ballarat Community Bi-Centenary Committee was formed in 1987 to co-ordinate activities for Australia's Bi-Centenary events in Ballarat and apply for project funding from government.
