It subsequently passed through ten owners and was renamed five times: Toomah, Pakenham Park, Mount Bourke, Koo-Man-Goo-Nong, then Mount Bourke again, as it was whittled down to a mere fortieth of its original size. The remainder became the Heritage Springs housing estate in 21st century Pakenham.
