This is the altered plan, with alterations drawn in red on the original proposal, for the EES hearing in September 1987. This book was compiled by Kate SHAW of St Kilda, one who had battled against the SCDC 'Bayside' development and the demolition of the Missions to Seamen building, by asking a number of academics and community members to write essays on various aspects of the development.
