The file also includes some other, later Ward updates. The Bulletin was first issued by the City Commissioners following the forced amalgamation of the suburbs of Kew, Camberwell, Hawthorn etc. into the new City in 1994. The early Bulletins were like local newspapers and reported on community activities as well as Council policy.
