They were hoping to introduce it in 1979. Although many concepts in Occupational Hazard Management are not new, what is new is the emergence of this field as a science. This was forwarded to the External Advisory Panel and other experts for comment, etc. Comments were constructive and some modifications were made. These have been incorporated in this Second Draft dated August 1976.
