Framed colour photograph of BTM Conductor David Frost issuing a ticket to David Vendy, Mayor of the City of Ballarat in tram 13 while at the depot. Thought to be the same date as photo used in btm6401, 1 August 2002 by the Ballarat Courier. Contained within a wooden frame made by "The Frame Spot of 1376 Malvern Road, Malvern" with card backing and a white cloth hanging strip.
