Mitcham Model Dairy was owned by Patrick and Mary Davin for 30 years. When they closed, Kew Model Dairy took over their customers. Patrick Joseph Davin established the Mitcham Model Dairy in 1926. It operated on two sites on Mitcham Rd. The milk came from farms in Lilydale and Coldstream and was renowned for its richness.
