She has a doll sitting in a doll-sized deckchair beside her. Behind her is a second girl. Opposite them is a girl (in the front) and a boy. The table has a cloth on and there is a cake with candles. There are also other cups and plates visible.. The sun is shining. There are trees in the garden and also a fence behind them.
