House, weatherboard , triple gabled corrugated iron roof, single chimney , wooden return verandah with balustrade, capitals to verandah posts. Exterior windows have awnings, two entrances from returned verandah, two deckchairs and hammock on verandah. Rock-bordered garden R.H. corner. Written on back of photo ' Roberts, White Hills, £1150 (crossed out) £850, next R.C. School'
