She is wearing a white lace shirt with black choker at the neck and a dark skirt. A later hand has identified her as 'possibly Lily Wise, born Melbourne 1860.' Lily Wise married Charles Arthur Dollman in about 1880 and their first child Charles Arthur John (Jack) Dollman was born soon after. So it is possible that the photograph was taken around the time of her marriage, when she was about 20 years old. Contemporary with P2023.061. Part of the Dollman collection. -
