"Clifton Villa", cnr Eyre and Winter Sts, Buninyong, was built c.1860 for Mr Newman. The red brick building has bluestone foundations, cast iron lacework verandah trim, high ornate gables, slate roof and unusual round brick chimneys with spiral brick decorations.Historically significant brick home built c.1860 for Mr Newman. Built by William King, grandson of Governor Phillip King. Clovelly, was the home of Alfred Howitt from 1901, then became the property of his daughter Annie Whittakers of Tubbut and Traralgon, then grand-daughter Maude Anderson McMillan. The second School chapel was brought from Allendale in 1919 and the first School chapel was subsequently taken to Wallinduc. In 1975 Manifold Hall was reconstructed to become the School's third chapel. It was consecrated on 29 November 1975 by the Right Reverend John Hazlewood, Bishop of Ballarat.
