Built by William King, grandson of Governor Phillip King. Clovelly, was the home of Alfred Howitt from 1901, then became the property of his daughter Annie Whittakers of Tubbut and Traralgon, then grand-daughter Maude Anderson McMillan. After her death auctioned 1955.
