Fowler is handwritten in copperplate black ink at the end of most of the work. London October 23rd 1837 is written at the top right of a response of a reference letter for Mr Edward Wilmot of Banbury. Pages are loose and there is foxing and tanning. William was one 8 children who attended Eltham Primary School. He was born in 1878 and attended the school between 1883 and 1890 having started there at the age of 4 years and 2 months in April 1882. He left the school in 1890 when 12 years of age. Dates obtained from EPS school attendance rolls. Exercise book last entry is dated June 16th, 1891.
